East Midlands Hydrogen co-Chair, Will Morlidge, was invited to be a keynote speaker at the Hydrogen Rail in the Midlands conference and updated delegates on East Midlands Hydrogen, which is set to become the UK’s largest inland hydrogen cluster, and will accelerate the development of, and attract investment to, the rapidly growing hydrogen ecosystem in our region.
HyMarnham Power has been selected as one of the eleven new production projects to receive funding to generate 9.3MW of power from green hydrogen as part of the UK Government’s Hydrogen Allocation Round funding.
East Midlands Hydrogen — a consortium covering the full hydrogen value chain including hydrogen producers, distributors, industrial end users of hydrogen and local supporters — now stands at 44 members.
